Martin did a fantastic job! Highly recommended as we thought the boiler was done for in the house we only moved in a week ago. It was previously badly serviced and Martin brought it back to life.

Plumber did an OK job but it was 12 minutes work. The credit controller was possibly the most dispicable, bombastic, awkward, rude, and thouroughly nasty person in the world. Don't use them unless you want you old crippled mother sold into slavery. They should be ashamed that they speak to people like this. For information the 12 mins work cost £140 and they add a late fee within 48 hours - really lovely to abuse our elderley in this fashion. Big warning never use them unless you are REALLY desperate.

We were new to the area and needed a plumber. Philippe was recommended by the estate agent whom we bought the house through. We needed some tiling renewed in the shower (due to failed grouting) along with a new shower tray and cabinet, and a new tap for the bathroom sink. Philippe came to quote and we were immediately impressed with his professionalism. He talked us through everything that he thought needed doing and quoted accordingly. He has carried out the work to an excellent standard (he is very particular) and repaired the boiler which also required attention. He turns up when he says he will and keeps you informed with whats going on. Well definitely use him again (weve already asked him to service the boiler next year) and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable tradesperson.

Philippe is professional, experienced, reliable and trustworthy. He arrived on time, checked the work that needed doing and sent me a clear quote to install a new boiler. He was available to start the work the following week. There have been a number of problems with the installation, none I hasten to add due to Philippe. A timer that doesn't work, a pump that broke, valves in the wrong place. Philippe has said that the job was the most challenging he had had in 15 years of installing boilers. He maintained his humour throughout, although I do remember a few outbursts whilst working under the boiler. Cries of 'sugar' with a french accent were delightful, as he tried to get the pump out. Philippe had to rearrange his appointments to try and get the work completed. He has maintained committed throughout to getting the best job done.

Philippe recently replaced our boiler in a new location. This was by no means a easy task but Philippe was able to overcome all the problems. We found Philippe to be professional, trustworthy and always cleared up at the end of the day. What more could we ask for. Thank you Philippe.

We love our new bathroom. Philippe applied careful planning and thoughtfulness to meet special needs. His workmanship was of the highest standard. We highly recommend Philippe and - bonus - he left everything spotlessly clean at the end of each day! Brilliant.

I asked Philippe to remove an old bath and install a new shower tray and unit. The work was done to a very high standard, and in the agreed timeframe. Philippe suggested some additional improvements to both the plumbing and the electrical set up; these were of great benefit and only increased the overall cost by a modest amount. All the electrical safety paperwork was filed promptly, and communication was excellent throughout the job. I would certainly be happy to recommend his work.

I called Mysa plumbing at about 5.30pm on a weekday because a well known company (who shall remain nameless) delivered my washing machine but created havoc in trying to plumb it in. Basically the bloke didn't turn the valve off properly, there was no evidence what so ever of a leak from the valve (as they claimed) and so they left me with a flooded kitchen, an unplumbed in washing machine in the middle of the floor, and no cold water to the downstairs. Robin from Mysa Plumbing turned up at 6pm, dealt calmly with both the job and my hysteria, and sorted it within minutes. And cleared up afterwards. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Robin and his apprentice built me a whole new bathroom on a different floor to the (very dilapidated) bathroom that was in my property when I moved in. This included building the walls, ceiling, drilling holes through thick stone for new waste pipes, fitting underfloor heating and of course tiling and fitting my bathroom suite. It looks fantastic, and all this while listening to Women's Hour and Terry Pratchett audio books! Outstanding service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Robin who is highly skilled, efficient, a good problem solver, and someone to work with. He created a wonderful bathroom for me with underfloor heating and some very nifty pipe work. The finishing touch was the tiling which shows his really good eye for the finished look.

Mysa Plumbing have done a range of jobs for me. He sees jobs from the client's perspective & is a good communicator. His range of skills is broad. For me it's been from complete plumb of a 5 bed house to the odd fix. He is good with copper; he's installed underfloor heating for me & is good at tackling problems, thinking through the best option that puts the job first. Robin has a full-time assistant & is well connected with other trades (gas engineers, electricians) should they be needed. His rates are reasonable & he always arrives when he says he will. The best bit is he doesn't play loud music while we works.

Robin was quick to come and deal with our issues and provided a range of solutions and prices to suit us. He was professional and the job was done effeciently with no mess left over at the end.

I found Emergency Plymouth Plumber online and used them to fit a shower as I had a leak. The service they provided was excellent, they were able to get out to me so quickly which was great.The staff were really professional and friendly and not only did they do a good job, but left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished.
