I called the service of Thames plumbers, I returned the call. I had a problem with my gas boiler, because I had called a plumber before and he said that I should change for a new one. the thames plumbers technician told me that I only needed to change one piece, so they did and repaired my boiler. They were very friendly, prompt in the service and made me save money by repairing it. thanks thames plumbers. I recommend them and I would use your service again

Contacted them regarding a broken down boiler. Raphael(the owner) failed to turn up and didnt bother to call to explain. When I called him to enquire, he blamed “bad traffic”. I should have called someone else really, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Eventually came and we agreed on a price. Half installed the boiler then went off to do another job, left the place as a mess and wanted £100 to repair the plaster he had damaged. Multiple times was late/did not turn up. He was very unprofessional and swore in Spanish when we asked him to clean up the mess he had left. Avoid please. If I could, I would give zero stars

Called them on Monday to find a leak, which they duly noted was from the toilet. They said it would take around 1-2 days to fix because they had to order parts. By Friday morning, it still wasnt clear whether they would attend on the day. So I cancelled and called someone else, who fixed within 3 hours! After accepting a job, you cant leave people hanging in the air like that. Flushing the toilet for one week with a bucket of water is unacceptable. If the plumber has too many jobs scheduled, they shouldnt accept any others.

Please avoid this company. The plumber (Raphael) was extremely aggressive and demanded payment for nothing. Harrased me on the phone and swore at me for questioning him. Not only did he fail to check what the problem was, he didnt even attempt to fix it or make suggestions.

Avoid !!!! Worst plumbers in the UK. Crooks!!! Extremely rude!!! Plumber (owner of the business) told me to F**ck off when I tried to follow up! He was 3 hours late . Charged me over GBP 100 for nothing. Did not even try to fix the problem! Wanted me to spend 180 on new parts when a simple valve service was needed. Rip off and disgusting service. He should not be allowed to operate !!! Worst of the worst !!!!

My kitchen sink got blocked and it took ages for the water to disappear altogether. I did try to unblock it myself to no avail. As a last resource I decided to go online to look for a local and reliable plumber. I found Thames Plumbers and I gave them a call The guy who came was very polite and he not only dismantled the pipe below the sink but he also used a plumbing snake to get rid of the blockage. The job was done in a professional manner and he left the place nice and tidy. Many thanks to Thames Plumber for the good job.
