Family member was badly let down by this company at this difficult time. Whiterose Plumbing agreed to investigate and fix a bathroom leak that was dripping into neighbors property. Combination of no shows and general inaction over a two week period from initial inspection contributed to neighbours ceiling partially collapsing with water build up. Should note that same company had actually installed a new boiler on previous occasion to a good standard. Reliability and follow through is crucial for emergencies!

Good company to deal with. Billy arrived at the agreed time. Sorted out our situation and then spent time explaining our Under floor system and how to control it to achieve efficient usage. We would recommend Whiterose Plumbing without hesitation.

Was having trouble locating the condensate pipe which had frozen over due to bad weather. One phone call to white rose plumbing & heating and they were able to direct me over phone and guide me on how to resolve the issue faced. Would recommend service to anyone. 5/5

I found Whiterose Plumbing & Heating, Fife, online and called them to install a new boiler for me. The service they provided was very good and I'd definitely recommend them to others. The staff were very friendly and turned up when they said they would, when the boiler was installed they left no mess whatsoever, overall a very good 5 star service.
