Very pleased with the service. The engineer came 10 mins early and managed to fixed what I've reported.

I was in a very bad mood following a stressful week and was a bit unreasonable with my demands on the day. The plumber and phone staff I spoke to were professional and patient throughout. The work was completed quickly and effectively. So thanks to all for being understanding.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are scam artists, they give you a quote which they don,t honour. there engineers stretch jobs out so they can charge you another hour, they over charge for materials and extras, i had a radiator i wanted moved 2 m i was charged £460. when i asked for a quote they said that sort of job shouldn't take more than an 1 hr i was charged for 3 hrs. Stay well clear of this company. I've had a complaint in with them since January and i still have not had a resolution. Their customer service team have got terrible attitude problems and argue with you. I've never experienced a company like it.

We have recently had our bathroom totally refitted by Martin and we found him knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and his level of work is excellent. We are very happy with the work carried out and how helpful Martin was. Will be recommending him to friends and family if they need any work doing and if we need anything doing we will contact him again.

We called Mr Cox on Friday evening with problem concerning oil boiler and he called us on Saturday morning and came out to fix the problem shortly after 10:00 am - he was very professional and I would recommend him and use him again.

Cannot rate highly enough. My toilet broke and within an hour someone was at the house. He had what could have become a very difficult and expensive job wrapped up in no time, left the place spotless, and the fee was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I called this plumber beause he had the best reviews know i see y i work long hours dueing the week he came at 9.00 on sunday to fit me an outside tap very clean obously know what he was doing as he was here for about half hour

Had a leaking tap tryed to fix it my self on failing i called tm plumbing at 9.30 tom was very helpfull and the repair was taken out that night and then he returned in the morning with the new taps i ordered

I had a problem with a leak i had 4 diffrent plumbers out the couldent sort it tom from tm plumbing came out dug up the floor and replaced the floor reset my heating very high customer service and skill
