Shaws Plumbing And Heating are based in Aylesbury HP21 area, we also cover the Milton Keynes, Oxford and surrounding areas, we have nearly 25 years experience in the plumbing industry and we offer our customers the complete Plumbing, Heating, Gas and Drainage services. In 2009 plumber Christopher Shaw noticed a gap in the market for a company to supply its customers with a one call does it all emergency plumbing and heating service and set up Shaws Plumbing and Heating. The company was founded when the credit crunch had hit the UK but the company has since grown year by year and the future is looking bright. We are extremely proud of the workmanship that we complete and everything is fully guaranteed. No job is too big or too small. All members of staff are fully qualified and insured. We work with our customers so that they get what they want first time round, at a great price with good quality materials. Shaw's installed a new combi boiler and carried out a power flush of the hot water system at our home. They were excellent at explaining all the options and answering all of my queries beforehand and gave us clear quote for the work. We have been incredibly pleased with the quality of the work all around and the overall results. They were polite, punctual, had lots of advice when asked, were very tidy and clean. The engineer was incredibly hard working and was able to finish the job earlier than planned despite having to sort out a few complications during the work and working around us. I would definitely recommend Shaw's to anyone who needs a trustworthy plumber who won't mess you about. Far better than various others we have used in the last few years.

This was my first experience of asking a plumber to fix a problem in my house. I have to say I was impressed by the service we received from Chris. I had a prompt response to my initial enquiry and an early booking in to view my broken TRV valve. He ordered a new valve and fixed it 2 days later. He waited till all the radiators were heating up nicely. He only charged me for 1 hour even though he stayed 45 minutes more. TOP MARKS !

I am really happy with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. The response was quick and the work carried out efficiently and in about 10 minutes! It involved removing a leaking outside pipe which had burst and capping it off internally. Excellent work.

He responds quickly to queries, sends reminders for annual services and arrives on time. He responded to a previous suggestion about advice for less-than-expert homeowners by giving me some helpful tips on how to monitor the performance of my central heating system. Again, I can thoroughly recommend him.

This is the second year I've used Shaw's for a boiler servicing and landlord certificate. Despite an emergency job resulting in my original appointment being canceled (which I suppose couldn't be helped) the subsequent booking, servicing, invoicing and communication was great. Chris was available on the phone well into the evening, which really helped when trying to arrange another appointment. I will certainly continue to use Shaw's every year.

Excellent service as Chris was able to come out same day.Fixed boiler problem quickly at reasonable price originally quoted. Chris was courteous and friendly and so helpful not only helping to lift cases into the loft but also took time to give advice to help prevent further problems and also checking all the radiators and giving helpful advice regarding these as well. Definitely recommend Shaw's as efficient, helpful at very reasonable cost.

I called out Shaws Plumbing & Heating this morning after turning on stopcock and finding it had started dripping quite a lot. I first spoke with a lady who took number and details and then a man called back for more details and to confirm arrival time. I phoned at 10.53am and they'd been and fixed problem by 11.54am. Could not ask for a better service. HIGHLY recommended.
