Having submitted his quotation for work towards the end of last year, we heard nothing from Steve for weeks. He has no published email address but eventually responded to voicemail on his mobile stating that he would be available to carry out the work during February of this year which would have been fine. However, we never heard from him again despite chasing so he is really best avoided. It would appear that there is plenty of work available for Plumbers and he is not alone in cherry-picking but Steve's behaviour has been not only rude but thoroughly un-professional.
