Martin did a fantastic job! Highly recommended as we thought the boiler was done for in the house we only moved in a week ago. It was previously badly serviced and Martin brought it back to life.

Plumber did an OK job but it was 12 minutes work. The credit controller was possibly the most dispicable, bombastic, awkward, rude, and thouroughly nasty person in the world. Don't use them unless you want you old crippled mother sold into slavery. They should be ashamed that they speak to people like this. For information the 12 mins work cost £140 and they add a late fee within 48 hours - really lovely to abuse our elderley in this fashion. Big warning never use them unless you are REALLY desperate.

So efficient and reasonable. Do not hesitate to book this man for your plumbing needs. We were very impressed with his work on two occasions, and have already booked him for our next boiler service. Barnby Dun pensioners.

I would highly recommend KCM Plumbing & Heating inKirkby-in-Ashfield, they came out the replace my boiler and provided me a very effective, prompt service. The staff were friendly and polite, turned up on time and respond to my emails. When the job was complete they left no mess behind which was great.

I needed a repair on my boiler and actually saw the van for KCM Plumbing & Heating pull up by me by some traffic lights so I took down his number and later gave him a call. The chap that came out turned up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He put sheets down whilst repairing my boiler so no mess was made, his communications skills were very good and he kept me informed on everything he was doing. He provided a good service that I would recommend.

Called Richard on Wednesday when our boiler broke down, he came out 09.00 the next day we needed a new boiler as the old one was 37 years old. Richard came back the same day at 17.00 hrs and installed the new boiler for us. Excellent service and I wood highly recommend his work.

Direct Plumbing & Heating Services were called out as our hot water tank was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. As we thought the tank was irreparable but the advice was excellent. A new tank was fitted by Richard as an emergency job the next evening. Top marks, Thank you.
