This company checked the boilers emissions and said there was something wrong with it and it needed fixing, leaving our tenant worried. After investigating the safety of the boiler it was found to be perfect by the Health and Safety Executive and another gas registered engineer who identified that the information passed on was inaccurate. This company told us that we should get the boiler fixed as soon as possible but in fact the boiler was fine all along. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by the whole process and would not recommend !
