Martin did a fantastic job! Highly recommended as we thought the boiler was done for in the house we only moved in a week ago. It was previously badly serviced and Martin brought it back to life.

Plumber did an OK job but it was 12 minutes work. The credit controller was possibly the most dispicable, bombastic, awkward, rude, and thouroughly nasty person in the world. Don't use them unless you want you old crippled mother sold into slavery. They should be ashamed that they speak to people like this. For information the 12 mins work cost £140 and they add a late fee within 48 hours - really lovely to abuse our elderley in this fashion. Big warning never use them unless you are REALLY desperate.

Rubbish Service - was supposed to turn up on behalf of Rightio and didn't show up and didn't have the courtesy to call. Avoid at all costs!

Such a friendly guy, came to help me out after my kitchen sink was blocked, he even cleaned the sink when he was finished!

Can't fault their service. Boiler and unvented hot water system installed in under 3 days complete with smart programmer system. Highly recommend Warm Zone for a hassle free installations.
