I've used Simply Plumbing before to fit a shower so didn't hesitate to call the same guy back when my toilet was overflowing, he came when he said he would and promptly fixed a new part, he was very polite and professional. I'm very happy with his work and would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

A company employee came to us to diagnose the boiler and replaced it with batteries that were fine for £ 50. This was a diagnosis for him. This company is not trustworthy at all. It happened on November 8, 2019

I had a card come through my door a while back and pinned it up in case I ever needed a local plumber. Lone behold I needed a plumber to replace the siston in my toilet so I called Simply Plumbing. The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and offered to come round almost immediately but I was just about to pop out so rearranged for another time, which he was very accommodating to do. When he came he replaced the siston and left the area tidy afterwards. I found the whole service quick and efficient and would fully recommend the company.

I have used Simply Plumbing Ltd many times in the past and needed them to come out to replace two valves on my washing machine. I really can't fault them, every time they have come out to me I have always been happy with the quality of the work done. The staff are always professional and I will continue using them as they are trustworthy and reliable.

Simply Plumbing were very good, the plumber that come out was very knowledgeable and experienced and got the problems fixed really quickly, the payment was straightforward and he gave me some great tips and advice for the future, I would definitely use them again.

I used Simply Plumbing for the first time to fit an electric shower and they were very good, I rang a few other firms but they couldn't come as quickly as Simply Plumbing, the chap that came out was really helpful and the job was finished really quickly with no mess and no fuss, if I had to say anything I would say they were a little on the expensive side but to have the job done that day and done and dusted straight away it was worth that bit extra, I would certainly use them again.

We used Simply Plumbing recently as we had some drainage issues, they turned up when they said they would and the guy was very nice but he put all the dirt and mess from the drains straight into one of our bins that is only to meant to take bagged up rubbish, he didn't even ask us and I would've thought they would have had their own solutions in place for getting rid of the mess out of drains before just chucking it in to a domestic bin, so that wasn't very nice to have to clean out, having said that, they did unblock the drains so I would use them again.

We've used Simply Plumbing a couple of times now, this time was to change the taps in the bathroom and kitchen, they did a very good job and they were very quick, they left everything clean and tidy and are always very polite and professional, I will definitely use them again the next time I need a plumber and would recommend them to others, you can't ask for anything better than what they did so 5 stars from me.

We thought we had a gas leak so we called Simply Plumbing out and they were very good, they were nice and polite and went the extra mile by checking other pipes for us, we would use them again and recommend them to others.

They dismantled a unit for me to get to the leak, unfortunately, the next day the leak still persistent so I called them back where they were able to take another look and now the leak is repaired and I haven't had any problems since. I called Simply Plumbing Ltd as I needed some work carried out in my bathroom, I thought they were local so gave them a call and was told someone would be round to see me shortly, however it was hours before someone turned up. I have to say it was a very strange experience, the guy that came round wasn't local at all which was very disappointing, he was also very rude and unhelpful. I needed the work doing quickly as it was holding up some other building work, so agreed for them to do the work for me. I felt they were extremely expensive for what they did and he also wanted paying in cash, which I didn't have on me. I'm afraid I can't recommend them and won't be using their services in the future.

I can't say enough about Simply Plumbing Ltd, they're craftsmen. I needed my boiler renewing and called a friend to see if he could recommend anyone, and by chance he'd had a leaflet through the door for Simply Plumbing. They were local to me as well and I always like to use local businesses where I can. I was extremely impressed with their workmanship and the overall quality, they didn't just do the job and leave, they checked and double-checked everything was as it should be, they even worked late to get the job done, so I let them off the cleaning up, although they were very tidy workers anyway. I would definitely recommend them.

Simply Plumbing Ltd came to install a shower for me, I thought they were really good, and the man that came out was friendly and on time. After the installation, he left everything tidy. The only thing I was not left with was the guarantee for the shower, but overall I would recommend their services.

I found Simply Plumbing Ltd through their business card and used them to unblock a toilet and fit in a new system as well as putting a new water filter in our kitchen. The man that came had an apprentice with him, and they were both great, very polite and professional as well as turning up on time. We had no problems with them at all and would fully recommend them and their services.

I had a leak that needed repairing on my toilet, so I called Simply Plumbing Ltd as I was too busy to fix it myself. They came out really fast, and the man was pleasant enough, he repaired the leak but it took two days, and I feel I was charged an extortionate amount for work that should have only taken an hour. On the first day he assessed and repaired the leak and said he would be back as he needed to get some more mastic, he then came back the next day to finish up. I personally would not use them again or recommend them.

I have used Simply Plumbing Ltd in the past, but on this occasion, they came to install a shower for me. Ian provided me with excellent service; he turned up on time and got on with the work in hand and cleaned up after he was done. The whole process was very satisfactory, and I would recommend them to others.

An extremely efficient service. The assessment visit was carried out promptly, followed by an early appointment to replace the boiler. The fitter who did the work was punctual clean and tidy, and did a great job with no mess, I would highly recommend.
