This plumber is nothing short of a monster - he sent an engineer out to fit a new combi boiler - the engineer completely botched the job and left a huge mess - I was without heating for nearly a year, refused to pay hijm, as I don't pay rogue traders, he took me to court, it was struck out and I paid another plumber£2000 to corec t the work, which was sessntially a boiler plumbed into itself, i.e. away from the raiators and back to the boiler - he then decided to pay £250 to try and come after me again & the court dismissed the case again - some people never learn! I'm not smug, I am disappointed that people like this get to trade, and I have told trading standards as much, who advised they will keep a file on him - so the more people who use their voice to report him there, the better. I hate the thought of vulnerable people paying him for shoddy work and then having to pay again - I think he is totally winging it and if you've used him & had a good experience, that's luck trust me!

Showed up to fix a gas leak, made it worse and claimed that it save to use. My house could blow up. Never again.

Dreadfully disappointing. Gas should be taken seriously and not in a shoddy way, making customers feel they are safe when they may well not be.
