Martin did a fantastic job! Highly recommended as we thought the boiler was done for in the house we only moved in a week ago. It was previously badly serviced and Martin brought it back to life.

Plumber did an OK job but it was 12 minutes work. The credit controller was possibly the most dispicable, bombastic, awkward, rude, and thouroughly nasty person in the world. Don't use them unless you want you old crippled mother sold into slavery. They should be ashamed that they speak to people like this. For information the 12 mins work cost £140 and they add a late fee within 48 hours - really lovely to abuse our elderley in this fashion. Big warning never use them unless you are REALLY desperate.

Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.

They've made a horrendous job of my bathroom. There was literally s*** everywhere after I had to clean up my pants with the bad driving by their van. I can only assume this is a one man band. With your driving skills like that, I'd suggest you take the sign writing off .your vehicle. Not to worry though, I have submitted the dash cam footage to the police and they have flagged the vehicle for careless driving.

Van driver overtaking another vehicle in a 30mph limit this morning (8:00am, 17/11/17) in Wormingford, doing well over the speed limit on an icy road! Not a good advertisement for this company!

If their work is as bad as their driving then you take your life in your hands. Speeding in a residential area, ignoring right of way at a roundabout forcing me to slam on my brakes. If they're not concerned about road safety then how about your safety?
