Dreadful company, failed to show up after 4 phone calls

Cheerful and knowledgeable, got my boiler running again with no fuss. Your operative was very friendly and managed to solve the problem in about 20 mins.

Professional from start to finish told us what he had done, tidy and polite and turned up within the time he promised

Truly terrible service, I think the main problem with this company is they are country wide so some areas might be good but you cannot rely on that. I was charged for 2 hours labour for 1 hour 9 minutes work and he has n't even fixed the problem. I am left with a hole hammered through my upstairs hallway and the leak through my ceiling is still present. He had no idea what he was doing and it cost me hundreds of pounds.

Great service from start to finish. My blocked drain got sorted within a short space of time. Very friendly guy arrived and explained what problem was then fixed it in good time. Top job in freezing temperatures. Many thanks

Have had a central heating contract with this company for many years & have always found them to be 1st class, however, today I was expecting a service which had been pre-booked for 9.30am. Mr Hill arrived at 10.15am with no apology & when I mentioned that he was a bit late I was told that 'these service contacts are more trouble than they're worth' and 'at nearly 60 years old he didn't need the hassle'. He left my home without carrying out the service and told me to 'get a life'. I certainly wont be recommending him again and would strongly suggest steering clear as he clearly doesn't want the business!

Do not use this company. They were contracted after a water leak in our house. Job was to take down old ceiling and install new.along with making good all walls etc. We caught them cutting out sections trying to patch up instead of replacing as contracted for. The skirting boards came away from the walls and when questioned the owner of the company threatened my wife in her own home and became very aggressive towards her. Now we have a yellow patch coming thru on an apparently new ceiling. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN TO YOUR HOME, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR WIFE WILL BE ALONE WITH THEM!!

HUGELY DISSAPPOINTED! company took the money way before the job was finished. Lied to us that job is completed when we checked later heating was not and still to date not working. when called the rolland hill very rude response was received. Rolland hill will no do the job they promise , will not correct any work if mistake has been made and will nag you for money way before the job . Will not use this company in future infact will not even think for once to use it and strongly recommend anyone for not to use this company unless you are prepared for a big nasty fight. Rolland hill also not techincally capable to do the job as several times when the work was carried out in our proprety the question was dismissed or inorrect answer was provided!

Friendly, helpful, competent work. Would have helped if they'd phoned to say they would be late.

David answered my emergency call (a sudden water leak thru my living room ceiling) & he was able to immediately find location of leaking pipe, & repair it. He was extremely thoughful, & very thorough in making sure all was safe again. Very reasonable repair cost, & would highly recommend
