Our experience is very similar to others who have reviewed this company. I would say they are a combination of incompetent an dishonest. They turned up once and failed to diagnose the problem. The second time they damaged our kitchen with drain acid, then denied it was them! Still trying to get proper compensation. Avoid at all costs.

I am not sure if they are dishonest, fraudulent or incompetent. Misrepresenting work as needing to be done when it clearly doesn't is a criminal offence. I asked them to assess a leaking bath. Charged £96 for an assessment visit. Told there was a rotting frame no longer supporting the bath. Clearly not true because sealant still intact and when I removed bath side (which they didn't do) it was all normal. Quoted £1000 for 3 days work to fix frame to stop the leak. Real problem was twisting tap control needed tightening which I did in 10 minutes. I wrote to them asking for my money back. Was told they would look into it. Still looking! Best to avoid. I think they took advantage of young tenant who showed them the bath. I've reported them to the police.

They have proved completely unreliable, untrustworthy and clearly exploited the fact that I was not on site to charge me as much as they felt they could get away with, without even my consent! I am now trying to obtain a refund through my credit card company. We had a leak in our rented property so I booked an appointment for that afternoon. I received a voicemail later stating that £195 had been charged to my card! No explanation, no request for my consent, nothing. I spoke to them the next morning and was told that the job was not complete, so I booked a visit for Saturday. Nobody turned up, no phone call. On Monday I requested my money back for the appalling service, and the difficult position they left us in with our tenant. They refused this. My wife called later to understand the nature of the problem and was told that the extra work required would take about another 2 hours to complete. We employed a local plumber to visit, who completed the work within 20 minutes.
