I contacted JPB about rerouting a boiler and connecting the heating, James gave me an appointment. He did not turn up or telephone. When contacted he simply said he had forgotten, made no apologies, but offered another appointment which I excepted. He turned up late. However, he agreed that he would do the job on 31/1/2019 once he had submitted his tax returns. I agreed to wait two weeks, during a period that was utterly freezing and he knew that the heating didn't work - He didn't turn up for the job, and didn't phone me to cancel either. I would not recommend this man, he has no connection with customers and seems blaze, lacks customer empathy and a basic understanding about honouring an appointment. I feel better now, because, had he done the job, and it turned to be faulty, i have no confidence that this man would have returned to make good his work. Beware of this man!
