I contacted Michael on a recommendation. He was very professional, arrived on time for an urgent toilet leak issue. All work was done to a very high standard. Reliable and highly knowledgeable plumber.

I have been in contact with this plumber over the last ten years. I have found customer service abilities to be of a good standard. What I have also noted his willingness to quote a fair price for work undertaken with value for money and good service.

I had a leaking toilet at 3am in the morning and needed and emergency plumber. I contacted your plumbing services due to a recommendation. The response was fast, the service was very professional and they explained everything clearly. I will definitely use again.

I needed a plumber at short notice I called them and within 1 hour they were here and got the job done fast and reliable service very happy will highly recommend.

Shaw's installed a new combi boiler and carried out a power flush of the hot water system at our home. They were excellent at explaining all the options and answering all of my queries beforehand and gave us clear quote for the work. We have been incredibly pleased with the quality of the work all around and the overall results. They were polite, punctual, had lots of advice when asked, were very tidy and clean. The engineer was incredibly hard working and was able to finish the job earlier than planned despite having to sort out a few complications during the work and working around us. I would definitely recommend Shaw's to anyone who needs a trustworthy plumber who won't mess you about. Far better than various others we have used in the last few years.

We have had 5 so called plumbers in 4 years,non sorted the problem.we looked for a heating engineer and luckily got the right one .from start to finish turned up on the dot carried out the work that he knew needed repair ,nothing more .knew his stuff and gave us info about condensation we needed to know about too.richard did an outstanding job and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.his prices are very reasonable.

As a returning customer , Richard came to swap a broken shower pump and whilst here we asked about swapping out a temperamental shower which my husband had been looking at switching. Richard highlighted possible issues wed have with the swap wed planned and provided a better solution so once the new shower he recommended arrived he popped back to fit it for us. Punctual and polite. Weve used DPH before and will certainly use again.

Our house recently flooded in Fishlake Doncaster causing problems with our oil boiler. Direct plumbing attended as soon as the water receded and managed to get the boiler working again. They are coming back in a few weeks to change it but top marks for getting it running long enough to start drying the house out. Thank you very much Richard.

Family member was badly let down by this company at this difficult time. Whiterose Plumbing agreed to investigate and fix a bathroom leak that was dripping into neighbors property. Combination of no shows and general inaction over a two week period from initial inspection contributed to neighbours ceiling partially collapsing with water build up. Should note that same company had actually installed a new boiler on previous occasion to a good standard. Reliability and follow through is crucial for emergencies!

andy fitted out kitchen, it was extremely out of date and needed a complete overhaul, he was on time, pleasant, and easy to talk to, nothing was too much, could not have asked for a better job, would definitely hire and recommend him to anyone!

A & E Plumbing & Heating have been working with us for 10 years. He is extremely approachable and doesn't make you feel silly when you try to describe the problem to him he asks lots of questions and is very efficient in getting the problem solved! We called Mr Cox on Friday evening with problem concerning oil boiler and he called us on Saturday morning and came out to fix the problem shortly after 10:00 am - he was very professional and I would recommend him and use him again.

Called at 11.30, came out within 30 mins and fixed the job in under 20 mins. Great service and great price too. Called Mark out to repair a burst pipe on a Saturday night. Turned up within the hour and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Excellent service from a real gentleman. I could not recommend Mark highly enough.

Just a simple toilet blockage after all, yet he came over straight away even at the distance and cleared it up without a hitch. Knows what he's doing. Great service and nice guy aswell let alone great price.
