the removals men Gary and peter were really professional and the price smart price removals gave me was the cheapest i found when looking on google and they even sorted out boxes and bubble wrap for my move.

used cheapest piano twice for moving my family piano and always recieve a good service and the cost is very reasonable for moving such a heavy piano,and i would be happy to use them again if i need the piano moving in the future

A Star Removals were brilliant with us from start to finish, they provided me with all the packing materials I needed and conducted my removal in a friendly careful manner, brilliant work!

We were so disappointed with how our move went although we paid more than £3,000 to get “full service” (packing and moving) in the hope to have a smooth move, we ended up receiving really sub-standard customer care that made the whole experience a lot more stressful than it had to be. Most people in the relocation team were pretty rough and careless. The team leader was really bossy and pushy, imposing on us his schedule and ignoring some of our requests. Some things were broken even before making it into the van. By the time things were coming out of the van, there were already pieces of furniture severely damaged. And as we started opening the boxes, we realised that we should have done the packing ourselves, as many of the things were simply thrown into the boxes, with no care. If we had wished our things to be ripped from the walls and shelves, and crammed senselessly into boxes, we could have done that ourselves and saved a lot of money. Not very good service. Cheap but you get (or don't get what you pay for). They were unable to get a sofa out of a flat but the firm moving my tenant in managed it! When I questioned this, I got a phone call that involved over half an hour of being shouted at. Avoid this firm.

Had to put all my furniture into storage for 6 months and David at Bramhall Removals couldn't of been more Helpful, arrived on time and got me the best price for storage too! Great business and will definitely use again when I next move!
