I had a fantastic experience using Melhuish Removals. When l first contacted them, they quickly arranged to come round to give me a quote at a time that suited me. They arrived bang on time and everything was explained clearly and all questions answered as well as providing me with a very reasonable quote. At a later date, l rang to request boxes and they were incredibly kind and brought them round the next morning - even though it was a Sunday!! As a company, they were very easy-going and when my exchange didn't happen at the expected date (and my chosen moving date couldn't happen) they took it all in their stride and were happy to arrange another moving date with me - their helpful and no fuss approach really helped decrease my stress levels! All phone messages and WhatsApp messages were responded to amazingly quickly and moving day went incredibly smoothly thanks to them. We selected Green Brothers to handle two moves and the storage of house contents in 7 containers. The firms quotation was competitive and clear and communications were always prompt, efficient and friendly. The uniformed team of packers did a great job wrapping and boxing, moving furniture with care and not being rushed. Everything was managed well and on time. We have not incurred any breakages or damage. This removal firm gave us excellent service. We would recommend them, and definitely use them again.

We had a removal recently from Yorkshire to our holiday home in Portugal. Start to finish we had problems, Due to access problems i was told that they had to use smaller vehicles to a day before we moved and delaying the process, then received an email saying the price had also increased with this. When i rung to ask what why this happened, i spoke to the boss who was very confrontational and proceeded to use offensive language. Due to no one else being able to do the job we used them still, and when we did receive our good in Portugal we had many damaged good which they argued was OUR FAULT!!
