We had a very severe problem with damp in our loft because of water ingress. This meant that our property was difficult to heat and not at all energy efficient. Past and Present identified the issues quickly and carried out the required repairs efficiently and to a very high standard. The workmen who carried out the work were professional and very helpful. They kept us informed at every stage of the work. Our property no longer feels damp and the loft is now dry. We would definitely recommend Past and Present for their customer service and expertise.
