Lichfield Waterproofing Ltd are a long established roofing company that have been trading for over 15 years. We pride ourselves on our expertise, reliable service and quality workmanship. No job is too small or too large for us and we have vast experience in all types of roofing. We offer, as standard, a minimum of a 10 Year guarantee for completed works as an assurance of the quality of both materials and labour. We are DBS checked. BUILT UP FELT ROOFING A built up felt roof is an established method of weather proofing roofs, normally flat roofs, by using more than one layer of bituminous roofing felt which is bonded to the previous layer. From initial contact I found Lichfield Waterproofing Ltd to be completely professional the lads were very tidy and a great standard of work. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate in using again they completed new roof with fascia soffits and guttering for me - great job!

Works Completed Sutton Coldfield Garage repair Really friendly team came to visit my property last week and stripped an re felted my garage. Joseph was very helpful an made sure I was completely happy before he got off the roof.Left the front drive spotless. Swept then hosed it down afterwards to.The workers made sure there was no Rubbish Left anywhere on the property which came from the repair.I will 100% recommend Lichfield to anyone who wants a professional,timely and clean work carried out on there property

Great service, great job! Very pleased with the roof repairs carried out by Lichfield Waterproofing. Prompt quote and equally prompt service. Neat work to repair flashing and ridge tiles. Areas all cleaned and swept. Payment was refused until I had checked the work and was 100% satisfied. Will definitely recommend this company!

This is a very good company! I called them and arranged a time to visit the property to look at the job. A new flat roof and new guttering. They called me as they were on their way and arrived as agreed. Had a look at the job and then sent through a quote. The job cost what we agreed and was finished when they said it would be. The work is also guaranteed. I will be using them again in the future.

Re our blocked guttering... I called, he arrived about 30 minutes later, sorted out the problem and was gone about 20 minutes later, soaked though but still laughing. Not being able to see how clean the guttering was for myself I presumed it would be a full job. When I asked did they need cleaning, he said no, it would be an unnecessary job at the moment!! Well what can I say firstly thank you Joseph and secondly that response speaks volumes and I would not hesitate to use Lichfield Waterproofing again.

At Last A Roofer You Can Trust Joseph came to me on a friends recommendation when i had a leak coming through my roof, he was there the same day that I called, the quote was competitive & everything was left clean & tidy when they'd finished. Great price & service, nice guys too.

Superb Service! Four days before Christmas last year, water started coming through my dormer window, Joseph was the only roofer to return my call, he came out the same day, when he said he would, he even called ahead to say he was on his way! He told us exactly what he would do, & when he would do it. Again he turned up at the time he said he would, showed my husband the state of the roof before he started, and what it looked like when it finished. He charged the price he had quoted, no "extras". They left the place clean and tidy, polite, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

I had some lads from Lichfield Waterproofing do some work on my chimney and room. The lads did a wonderful job, i'm really happy with it. The lads were very professional, hardworking and got the job done fairly quickly for the amount of work they did. I will use them again that's for certain and I recommend them too.

We are very happy with the work done by Lichfield Waterproofing, they came out to fix our fascias and guttering as they were leaking. They were really good and turned up on time. The price was reasonable and they said we could even wait until it rained to see if the leak had been fixed unlike many other companies. We would fully recommend them to others.
