About Us
The firm of Husband Forwood Morgan came into being in 1993 with the merger of the two well known Liverpool firms of Husband Forwood Williams and Co itself an amalgam of several older firms and T. D. Morgan and Co. The origins of the firm go back to the mid 19th Century when William Thomas Husband, who having started out in practice in Widnes and Garston, in 1884, was appointed as Deputy Coroner for South West Lancashire. There was a continuous Husband family connection with the firm for over 100 years until the retirement of Alex Husband. Although a small firm, the firm has a well established private client and family orientated clientele where Clients will receive the personal attention of the person dealing with their particular matter. We like to think of ourselves as friendly and approachable on any matter. The firm undertakes most types of private client work as well as commercial conveyancing but does not deal with criminal law or undertake legally aided work.
