Any time I have tried to get a cab they say to bisybor don't even answer the phone, worst service in England.

Got a taxi just now location. Was a straight road down 1 mile and cost £9 started at £5.30. Before midnight how can these charges be charged. Have had your same company charge less for the same journey. Still gave your driver £10 but dont understand the extortionate prices

Got in taxis having already pre paid on app.When the journey finished the metre said 4.40.I said to him ok its 4.40 then got out.When I checked the app he charged me 4.70.They are suppose to be trust worthy. I now feel he has let sussex cars done and will now try another taxis company.

Ordered a taxi. Never turned up. Phone not answered. Finally got though. Could not care less. No explanation. Rude and unhelpful.

No one answers after ringing 3 times sort your staffing out or admit defeat and sellout absolutely rubbish customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. Possibly the worst service I have ever received. Taxi never showed up, the rudest telephonist ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible service. Ordered a pet friendly taxi the day before travelling. In the morning a normal cab arrived with a confused rude driver who refused to take the dog. He contacted the office and they said that there are no pet friendly cars available at this time. Had to run to get to the vet's on time. Awful, incompetent company, will never use again.

After speaking to this company on two separate occasions, we booked 2, 8 seater taxis to take 15 people from the Boship Farm Hotel to Eastbourne. At 0030 we called the firm as no cars had come only to be told that they had tried to phone us that morning (they had not, someone had been in all day, our home phones flash when we have missed a call and we have an answering machine). We were left stranded at the Hotel with 8 children between the ages of 4 and 10. Other taxi firms are busy at this time of night and finally we managed to get us all home at 3am!!

Took a taxi from Uckfield this morning to Haywards Heath. I booked the taxi and when i booked it I accidentally booked it from Uckfield to Brighton and was given a Quote of £65. I then fixed the booking and it was raised to £70. No gear turned on in the car. no meter just a flat charge. I spoke to another taxi man on the way back and he agreed it was unacceptable. Charging someone for the drive to them isn't listed ANYWHERE on your website and im sure if that truly is how you run the company then you won't be around much longer. Taking advantage of someone who needed to make a very early hospital trip. cost me less then £30 for a non booked taxi....

DO NOT BOOK with call a cab! My friends and I booked a taxi at 4pm (they took payment and we received a confirmation email) to pick us up at 2am, outside eastbourne train station to drop us off in Hastings (this is on bank holiday Sunday). At 11:30pm, after last train home, we get an email saying our taxi has been cancelled because they where not taking booking this day at all leaving us stranded as all local firms had been booked up! Remembering that this is after payment and we had received a confirmation email. Talk about communication issues and a poor service. Save yourselves the hassle and avoid using this firm!

Terrible, turned up 30 minutes late for a trip to Heathrow. Driver went completely the wrong way and took 90 minutes just to get to the M25 from Hailsham. This and delays on motorway resulted in missing flight to Canada and £400 to change tickets. My normal driver would have had me there with an hour to spare even with delays Still waiting for an apology but suspect I have as much chance of that as getting a refund. Never use them again and suggest you don't either!!!
