Ordered two cabs for 1am on a Sunday morning, both turned up within 5 minutes. We left a bag in one of the cabs, the cab drivers dropped it back to us the next day.

On Friday a Speedline Taxi (reg DY12 XHE) stopped outside my house, the driver then got out the taxi, walked across the road and started urinating in the bushes.. This being a busy residential area in broad daylight with children playing in the area, when challenged the driver was very abusive and rude, despite contacting Speedline twice they have failed to respond, as each time I am promised someone will call me back.. Clearly this company hires poor quality drivers and has little regard to how poorly the are represented in the local area... Avoid at all costs.

would not recommend, stay well clear, driver decided to overtake a lorry and nearly had a head on collision with oncoming car. emailed the office no response or apology. never using again!

This taxi service is more of a dial and pray service, what happened today in particular has annoyed me the most, hottest day of 2018 so far, June 25, hottest hours of the day, 15:00 to 17:00, it was 15:18 I booked the taxi, approx. 16:00 it arrived. about 45 mins in roasting weather in a tux. I wish I could leave zero stars but I see no obvious way.

I called a taxi for my friend and they had to get the cash from the cash point, because they took a while i had the driver ringing me having a go! So i called the office and got told to f**k off! I calles my friend and they had just gpt back to the taxi to pay the driver! I will never be using again! Disgusted

Forced to rate 1 star, that's one too many. Called to book, hung up on me half way through the call. When I called back they denied even speaking to me, turned aggressive and even resorted to using the F word. Avoid at all costs.

Some of the staff are extremely rude, displaying lack of proffesionalism and customer service experience. Majority of the drivers are corteous and respectful but a few are aggressive with a defiant attitude that defies the ethics of a business reliant on customers to generate revenue!!
