Worst service ever! Called the day before to book an airport run at 4.30am. They called at 4.25am saying they didnt have any drivers. Dont bother if you have a flight or appointment- youll get there sooner by walking.

If I could award Zero Stars I would. Booked a taxi with this outfit using their App. Booked at approx. 15.30 for a pickup at 17.12 And my booking was accepted. Paid by Credit Card. Then THREE minutes before 17.12 they rang to say running 30-45 minutes late. Now if I had wanted a taxi at 17.42 or later I would have booked for that time. 17.42 or later was no good. So cancelled there and then. So, TC Cars if you try and charge me for your non delivery of a service I shall invoke the charge back option with my card provider. Overall option and attitude of this company: Well quite frankly "Rubbish"

Called after 12 and my mom who is a pensioner got charged £7 for a £5:50 journey. Uber was only charging £5:27 but put faith in my local firm which I will not be using again. I advise not to use poor customer service.

I booked cabs for an event for 12 people a week in advance with back up calls to check all was ok, including the same day. I really shouldn't have bothered as they let us down massively! Left 12 people without transport late a night. Only excuse was cabs not available - so what was the point in me pre-booking?! Shocking service. Seemed to have a large amount of people answering phones in the office but not many on the road.

An absolutely waste of space of a company, they had to ask permission to come and get me and my son from where they dropped us. Then refused to pick us up. BUT if we were going to Birmingham they would come and get us. They are a very poor taxi firm and very unprofessional. NEVER EVER USE TC CARS

Booked a taxi well in advance to take me to a vaccine appointment. Rang when it was 5 mins late to be told it would be another 10 mins. Rang when it was 10 mins to be told it would be a while. The control team at TC couldnt organise a p-up in a brewery, and they dont care either. Awful company.

Only giving one star as I cant give less. Drivers are robbing dogs and phone staff are Ill-mannered rude so and so's. Overcharge hide there meters then it's your word against theirs!!! Avoid at all cost

5 mins before taxi due they rang to say there was no-one available to pick up- and they wouldn't do the return journey (also pre-booked) either- as it was too short a journey for them. Why didn't they say so when I booked it? Also they advertise they cover Northfield station so maybe they should take that off the website. Had to walk for half an hour in the rain uphill with a heavy case using mobile phone satnav.

Terrible service, don't use! - Booked an airport pickup for elderly parents, especifically requesting to meet them at arrivals hall, after half hour wait we're told the teaxi is waiting at the parking! Once they get to the parking the taxi is not there - 4 calls with the completely useless operators (and 3 extra attempts where they just hung up). Horrible service, and horrible attitude from the operators.

Refusing to use again! Ordered a mini bus, sent a car? Driver contacted office told me they would send a mini bus.. go online to check and theyve blocked my account! Useless. I love waiting around at 2am in the freezing cold! Would not reccomend.

Booked a taxi with them for my mother to take them to Birmingham Airport at 430am and did NOT show up!!! 40 minutes after the booked time they called to say they were outside, morons my mother was already at the airport at that time after a lot of panic and thanks to UBER not to tc cars. never again!!!

Left us stranded 6 miles from home while continuously promising that our taxi was 'just around the corner' - and then ignoring phone calls from the numbers we had called them with - upon using a friends phone, they answered then hung up on us when they found out it was the same people - taxi never came and after 2 hours wait, by which time it was 1AM on a Thursday morning, we WALKED home. Idiots. Also, their drivers drive like mad idiots around Chelmsley Wood, ignoring ALL traffic rules. Shame about the monopoly they have around here, because they are the antithesis of incompetence.

Wouldn't use this company again, waiting 40 minutes, called twice and when call on the third time, was told the driver had refused the job en route. No one bothered to call even though they had two numbers and the 'supervisor' ah nothing but excuses for the driver. It was a Saturday night so clearly our 5 mile job wasn't important enough. Don't bother with them
