I have used Local Radio Cars for years now and never been let down by them yet, helpful phone staff and polite drivers what more can you ask for ? would recommend.

Waited 30 minutes for a taxi from the airport at a very clear arranged spot. When l called to find out where the car was, l was told that the driver couldn't find us & had cancelled the booking. This did not include any notification to us &, as we were watching the entrance & could see every car coming in, was a blatant lie. I will never use this company again.

My father uses these idiots to get home from my house after a weekly visit. They regularly leave him standing on the pavement waiting for ages without an idea of how long they'll be. I suggested to him that he request a callback when they are here, especially in bad weather, and now they call 2 or 3 times per minute before he gets to the car (we are not on the road, but down a walk). One call will do, he's 74, he's not gonna jog to you when you phone. You're almost, but not quite, as bad as the other local idiots TC Cars.
