    • My 18 year old daughter phoned them to pick her up on Monday from her friends about 2 am she asked how much it would be and the man said £3.50 so she booked it,when the taxi arrived she got in and asked if it definitely would be £3.50 and the driver said no it will be £6 so my daughter asked why they said £3.50 on the phone the driver locked the door and told her it will be £6 my daughter explained she didn't have £6 and the driver was very aggressive and she had to beg him to open the door and let her out and had to walk home at 2.30 am. When she rang up to complain she was told to stop phoning and they threatened to phone the police.

    • Absoulte idiots that drive these cars! Cut across 3 lanes of traffic at 40 mph nearly hit another car that had to do an emegancy stop and the driver just laughed. Will never ever use them again.

    • An hour late. Booked the night before . We were late for a important oncology clinic appointment. Worst taxi service ever. Avoid them. Wound have pit a minus 5 if there was the option.

    • Today (26th feb 2017) around 14:30 i witnessed that a blind woman in the rose and crown pub was upset due to the taxi driver refusing to come in the pub. She had been using this company for along time to which they collected her in the pub (i've witnessed this) this is out of order for someone who needs a taxi company to get from a to b. shame on you

    • Asked specifically for the taxi to be a hatchback or estate to accommodate a wheelchair that did not fold in half was sent a saloon instead. Then had to wait for another car to be sent. Booked a return journey from our destination for 11.45pm got confirmation texts to say it had been booked. Waited for the for an hour again wrong type of car was sent. Rang them to see where they were they said 5 minutes after waiting out side for over an hour in the freezing cold I decided to ring another company asking for a car that could take a wheelchair that did not fold and was sent in 5 minutes. A lovely courteous driver very accommodating. A1 cars 0 out of 10 ace cars 10 out of 10 will never use A1 again

    • Absolute disgrace!!!! Left two regular local customers stranded in a different town for almost an hour after saying the taxi was on it's way 3 times. Then had the audacity to send a 'your taxi was successfully cancelled' text even though we hadn't cancelled it!

    • I rate this company 0* ... The taxi that was meant to pick me up went to a totally different place so I had to walk and find him, when I finally got in the taxi the man was very sleezy towards me, he rang me whilst I was in the taxi and said 'oh, just checking it's your number' he was asking very personal questions and then had the cheek to try charging me £10 for the journey when I only ever pay 7, I refused to pay £10 and gave him £8, he then started arguing with me saying that I'd never pay £7, even though I've used a different taxi since and only been charged £6.50. When I got home he tried ringing me again so I've blocked his number. Personally I think this guy needs sacking and I will not be using these taxis again!

    • The app does not send the cars to the right address. Then the staff in the office argue with you that they are there! WTF! Stood on a street telling the staff that they are not there and they are arguing that they are. Someone needs more customer training. Anyway. Have used Amber a lot in the past but never again.

    • Wish I could just give 0 rating. 3rd time I have used tyersal taxis. The operator is rude disrespectful and doesn't listen and says his own thing. You try to sort things out but he wont have none of it! Appalling customer services
