Also trading as 247 cars same number & address claiming to specialise in airport transfers Whilst taxi arrived on time for transfer to airport driver didn't bother getting out of car to assist with luggage. Returning to Leeds I switched my mobile on once in the terminal building received a text saying they had cancelled the pick up. Called them was advised cancelled as I did not answer when driver called which was a bit difficult considering at the time of the call the aircraft was still at its cruising altitude. They argued the flight was late which it wasn't it was on time but the driver turned up 1 hour early this is despite them stating on web site "All our cars are fitted with flight trackers ensuring we don't turn up early or late for or to your flight." They also state if the driver does not present the card machine the journey is free I had to insist on card payment both ways. Contacted them for my fare refund not surprisingly no response

I didnt use this service. I was following one of 247 taxis into Bradford this morning. (Taxi #5378 if you want to check your driver 24/7) When I first joined behind him, he was doing between 20-30 on that road (a 50mph), which was annoying but fine. But then further down the road I saw why. The car was swerving from side to side. Regularly drifting well onto the opposite side of the road, and once mounting the curb. Breaking violently, which luckily I was aware of, and no indicating at all at any junction makes me wonder a) was he under the influence while driving? b) has he even passed his driving test? c) how can someone who recklessly drives like that, be behind the wheel of a powerful car like a C class meet? We dont use taxis much, but Ill certainly warning people to not go with 24/7.

Absolutely the worst taxi firm I've ever had the misfortune to have to use. Even given the benefit of the doubt and tried using more than once still complete incompetence. They'll tell you they have a taxi available rather than lose the fare and have you stood in the freezing cold for 20 mins and if u have the "audacity" to complain they'll cancel the taxi and just leave you there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Only gave it half a star cos it won't let you leave nothing

Booked for airport pickup. No sign of taxi. Cancellation text received two minutes after agreed pick up time! Phone call reveals booking not confirmed as no deposit paid. Deposit was never requested or mentioned! Was willing to overlook the curtness of the booking employee but should have taken it as an ominous sign. Will never use again.

Normally use this firm for a taxi, they are often quick on time.Over the years using them they have never been late, all the drivers have been friendly to, good service!
