Rip off. advertise at 2.50 first mile but charge you more than any other cab firms if you exceed that. ?4.50 for a less than a mile and a half..avoid

The first driver back from the PDSA was very courteous. However the second drivers mini bus was dirty on the inside and I ended up having a stand up argument on arriving home as he charged me £7.00 more than the first driver even though both were driving mini buses. I will never use them again

Terrible drivers who crash for cash. Went right up someones car then had the nerve to claim for injuries! Same driver frequently seen using mobile while driving! Reported to Bradford council.

Rubbish firm racist staff needs reporting

Appaulling service provided, arrived very late and then refused to drop me off outside my house and left me to walk home alone on a saturday night in Bradford. Disgusting human with no moral compass comes to mind. Will never use this firm again after being a loyal customer for over ten years.

For me as a customer satisfied always! They never come late! They are prompt on arrival!

My own experience with this company has been excellent,they arrive at requested time and I find drivers very pleasant and very helpful with luggage and bag handleing.

Wish I could just give 0 rating. 3rd time I have used tyersal taxis. The operator is rude disrespectful and doesn't listen and says his own thing. You try to sort things out but he wont have none of it! Appalling customer services

Very happy with the service. . Never been let down. I have used arrow and amber and I was never satisfied. As a young women its not a nice feeling getting into taxis late at night but with new furlongs I actually feel safe. I highly recommend this taxi firm.

Today (26th feb 2017) around 14:30 i witnessed that a blind woman in the rose and crown pub was upset due to the taxi driver refusing to come in the pub. She had been using this company for along time to which they collected her in the pub (i've witnessed this) this is out of order for someone who needs a taxi company to get from a to b. shame on you

Absolute criminals ... drivers who cannot drive let alone understand... I had to give him directiins charged different fare each journey and feel uncomfortable

Would like to give ZERO. Dropped god knows where in town as the fare was getting ridiculous at £4:10 before we'd set off and I only had £10 to which I told the driver - then recieved a passive aggressive reply when I complained to a person on the phone. Couldn't get a word in, just talked over me and apology given after promoting. As he said, we'll have to agree to disagree but where is the customer care in dropping someone off when they say "I don't know where I am". Appalling.

Always had good experiences with Blueline Cars, and they're my go to taxi service. The staff are really nice and good to talk with. Had a hilarious drive and chat with, driver 4042. Funny guy and great conversationalist. Knows how to make customers feel comfortable and welcome. 10/10

I have traveled with Blueline on several occasions and they have done us proud. My sister is going to be using them for her wedding soon they are the best in the area and always immaculate.

The taxi drivers are always polite and get me to my destination quickly and safely, in clean comfortable cars. I never wait long to be collected. A great service.
