    • There are a couple of big taxi firms in the town and I would still use these guys every time. They are always on time and the drivers are nice and chatty. Nice modern, clean cars, everything you need from a taxi company.

    • I use B-Line Taxis all the time as I have a running contract with them, they are a really good service and I get on really well with all the drivers, I would definitely recommend them

    • B-line Taxis are a very good company, I've used them quite a few times, they are always on time if not a bit early, the drivers are lovely people and the vehicles are always clean and tidy, I unknowingly dropped all my bank cards in the back of one of the taxis one day, the office rang to tell me and then without any fuss the lovely driver dropped them back to me on his way home, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, fantastic service.

    • I booked taxi NYE for my daughter, asked for max fare and was told £5. Driver charged her over £7. Luckily I gave my daughter £10, so she had enough to pay the driver. Rang them today and not even an apology, just a blunt response from the owner that the charge should have been £7.50. It doesnt hurt to be polite and nuture one's customers. A sorry costs nothing but creates oceans of good feeling. The proprietor obviously needs to go to school and learn his P and Q.

    • Rang and Booked 6 hours prior to when I wanted a taxi. That was fine no problem, then it got to 11pm when I booked it for and there was no sign, waited another 10 minutes before ringing the number I had called to book it, didnt even ring, call couldnt be made, which means there was no one in the office. So I waited a further 20 minutes (in the rain) and still nothing, on my own at nearly midnight on a Saturday night, tried ringing multiple times again and still nothing. A phone call would have been nice to cancel my booking if you were too busy. Instead of just not turning up. Luckily I made alternative arrangements to get home but will not be relying on you again, just overall an unreliable bad experience and I wouldnt choose this company if youre looking to actually get home! Especially when I booked 6 hours in advance! Dont recommend sorry

    • Shocking company! Watched one of their drivers in a mini van do a silly and dangerous overtake on a roundabout, phoned up to complain/inform them of their drivers dangerous driving and the owner couldnt careless, his response was pretty much “everyone else drive stupidly why cant we”, how are they professional drivers?! I wouldnt get in a car with them!

    • I use Star Cars quite regularly and they are the best taxi service I have ever used. I will Not go anywhere else. The drivers are very polite and always carry my shopping to my door and help me in and out of the car. They are always on time and get me to and from my destination without any problem. I couldn't fault Star Cars one bit. Thank you for every thing you do for me.

    • Horror story !!! Booked this rubbish company for 9 people for New Years Eve 2018. Had a quoted price of £90 for out and return trip. Checked booking 3 times, the last time an hour before booking. Two taxis turned up on time but was told the price had gone up to £150. Couldnt get them to change their minds so declined their service. As this was a family outing on a special day found their behaviour appalling.. do not trust this company.
