These guys are amazing they beyond and more for every single customer. Keith on the phone was so welcoming and made me feel calm after I had lost my mum and sent a cab to get her. They found my mum and was excellent. Keith especially and the driver. Highly recommended to everyone

I have used Metro for a few months and to be totally honest Ive probably only had two or three satisfactory experiences. My reasoning for giving Metro a low rating is due to their lack of care most drivers show. They are late 9/10. But it is not the drivers that gives me a negative experience. It is the operators that book your taxi. Twice now I have booked a taxi from my house to harlow train station and the operators put it in to go to Epping train station. So if the lateness is the driver doesnt make me late, its the driver going in the wrong direction as the incompetent operators cannot clearly listen to a few simple words. Today has definitely been the last day I use them as the driving was 7 minutes late and thought we was going to Epping train station when in fact we were going to Harlow train station so stopped as thought it would be effective to call the office and ask them how much it would be instead.

Booked a cab to be told it would be 3 minutes 20 minutes later I called back to be told the driver had turned up but didn't have my number to let me know he was outside and they had a car around the corner so it would be with me within a couple of minutes (I was waiting outside the whole time), another 25 minutes it finally arrived, and apparently they are the cheapest fares in Harlow (according to their texts), would have been £2 cheaper had I used abc

Ordered a cab was told it would be 5 min's. Waited 15 then rang back to be told he is round the corner. Waited 15 more minutes before leaving and never even received a call back as they didn't turn up. Will never use this again. Make sure u stay away if u wAnna get to your destination on time. Can't stress how bad they where
