    Booked taxi two hours in advance for it it not to turn up. Got told it would be there after an hour of waiting on my door step. I phoned again only to be told that he had been and gone, baring in mind I was stood on my doorstep the whole time

    I was told a would have a taxi at 3'oclock still till about half past I was waiting. A nice lady had been on her doorstep and offered me in for a cup of tea whilst I tried to ring be-line. It's a disgrace.
