Pre booked taxi in afternoon for 11.15 pm pick up. After a few phone calls it turned up at 11.55. What is the point of pre bookings? I'm glad my wife was not on her own!

I got a taxi tonight from Carrfield to cleggs Lane garage got there and then realised I didnt have my bank card, the taxi driver took me back home then back to the garage for what I wanted then back home. He was still cheaper then the my local taxi service doing two trips then they are doing one. He was so nice, friendly and polite. I give him a 2 pound tip he deserves alot more than that. Think he's a credit to this service and has now made me switch from my local taxi service to yours. Ive been with this one for about 10 years but not one taxi driver was as nice as he was. He was an Pakistan man so you have an idea who he was. Loads of respect for people in his car. Definitely will be going with you again hope all your taxi drivers are the same
