    • Absolutely atrocious, I ordered a taxi for a 15 minute drive, after waiting twenty minutes for my taxi, twice the recommended amount, I called and was told it was still on its way and would be “A few minutes.” Fast forward ten minutes later and Im informed the taxi under my name had been taken by someone else. They then proceeded to say a taxi would arrive imminently to get me on time for my train, another five minutes and I call to be told its waiting around the side. These taxis claim to call upon arrival but it had been sitting in a bay instead of calling to inform me we could depart, or there had been some other failure and the wrong number had been passed along (very possible given the similarity of the number on the drivers phone to my own. Instead of departing he then waited more time in the bay instead of driving me to the station. I wound up late, adding an hour and a half to my travel time from a culmination of error, incompetence, and inability to execute the job. Rubbish

    • Do not use! On several occasions now they've turned up late, no update, no apology, no explanation. The drivers are unfriendly, playing loud music and ignoring requests to turn it down. On my last trip, I frankly didn't feel safe in the car the way the driver was driving - too fast, no indicating, running red lights. I used them because they are based so close to where I live, but refuse to use them again. Walking would be better.

    • A very friendly driver called Bunky, with great customer service skills helped myself and my disabled son to get from temple meads to Kingswood with his wheelchair. He charged a fair price and was very knowledgeable of the route to take avoiding traffic. Thank you Bunky for a pleasant Taxi service. Janet, London x

    • I was left shaken after using Club Cars. I was getting my cat home after a major surgery and the driver at one point blasted the radio so loud that my cat got really distressed and I had to raise my voice to ask him to turn it down. The driver did not wear his seat belt and when I rang to complain the owner of the company told me that it was the driver's choice and not the law. He drove erratically, going over the edges of the road. He said he didn't like it when it was dark (the country road was unlit) because he liked to put his foot down and he couldn't see if the police were behind him when it was dark. He initially said the taxi would me £15 but then charged be £18. I called to complain but received a disgusting response from the company. They offered a half price (and then free) taxi and clearly didn't understand that I wasn't comfortable using them again after what I just went through. I will NEVER use this company again considering the distress caused to my pet.

We followed a white minibus vivaro out of cotton coming towards Chippenham and the driver overtook on a blind bend narrowly avoiding a head on collision, then sped and dangerously overtook AGAIN. Some of the worst driving I have ever seen. Luckily we filmed it and it has been reported to police.

    • I ordered a taxi after being quoted £20 for my journey which was slightly cheaper than an Uber. The car was filthy and smelled strongly of cigarettes. He charged me £28 instead of the original £20 quote. I will not be using them again. Uber is cleaner, more reliable and cheaper!

    • Totally criminal, I don't know how these guys even have a licence. The driver stole all my valuables from my bag. I left it in the taxi and realised 5mins later and gave them a call straight away. They told me the driver had the bag and I could collect it from the office but when I did, it had been cleaned out. The manager became threatening and abusive I went in to complain and threw me out of the office. If you're going to the airport, DON'T get them to pick you up from your house. I know people who were burgled after telling a driver from this company they were going away on holiday. If you're a woman coming home from a night out, use a reputable company with CCTV, not these guys. For the sake of your safety, spend a few extra £s on a reputable company that vets it's drivers. This company is utterly dangerous.

    • Complete rip off they charged us for their journey to our house, I understand a starting fee which is fine but it was almost £10 as we got in and they thought it was odd and said all taxis charge from when they start driving to your house, number saved on my phone as rip off taxi firm so I know never to accidentally book them again!
