Rubbish, 'lost booking' so claimed no knowledge of it when phoned. Useless way to run a business. Presumably took a higher paying fare instead.

Booked well in advance for a taxi to the train station. Turned up 20minutes late. There was no point even getting in the taxi as I was by this stage guaranteed to miss my train. The booking was for 5am so there was no excuse. Rude on the phone. Do not use!!!!

Emerald taxis charge ?380 for a return trip from gatwick but don't tell you until your home they let you believe ?190 is for both ways . Will never be using this company again and would like to advise people to be very cautious of them.
