I was left shaken after using Club Cars. I was getting my cat home after a major surgery and the driver at one point blasted the radio so loud that my cat got really distressed and I had to raise my voice to ask him to turn it down. The driver did not wear his seat belt and when I rang to complain the owner of the company told me that it was the driver's choice and not the law. He drove erratically, going over the edges of the road. He said he didn't like it when it was dark (the country road was unlit) because he liked to put his foot down and he couldn't see if the police were behind him when it was dark. He initially said the taxi would me £15 but then charged be £18. I called to complain but received a disgusting response from the company. They offered a half price (and then free) taxi and clearly didn't understand that I wasn't comfortable using them again after what I just went through. I will NEVER use this company again considering the distress caused to my pet.
