Excellent people I cannot praise them enough, i will never use another taxi service again The Very Best around.

I was calling for an airport transfer at 5am. And unfortunately they couldn't do it. However they gave me two phone numbers to call and some other options and I got it sorted out! Excellent service even though I wasn't going to be their customer!

Terrible phone manners, couldn't understand a thing.and ended call before answering my question. Rude

ASBASLOUTY DISGUSTING A DRIVER BY THE NAME OF M A REHAM LEFT MY AUTISTIC SON TRAUMATIZED WHEN HE DROPPED OFF MY SON HE DEMANDED £25 IN CASH SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE A CARD READER THEN HE TOOK MY SON'S PHONE OFF HIM WHILE HE GOT ME FOR HELP WHEN I GOT IN THE TAXI HE MADE UP A FALSE STORY AND THOUGHT HE WOULD GET £25 IN CASH FROM ME WHEN I SAID CARD ONLY HE SUDDENLY FOUND HIS CARD READER THEN I TOLD HIM THE FAIR IS ONLY £20 WHICH HE ACCEPTED ALL THE WHILE HE WOULDN'T GIVE THE PHONE BACK UNTIL I PAID THIS DISGUSTING LOW LIFE SHOULD BE SACKED AND CERTAINLY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE. HE'S LEFT MY SON IN A DREADFUL STATE AND TRIED TO CON £5 FOR HIMSELF PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

My daughter pre booked a taxi to get to work. Called for the second time for an update (24 minutes after the agreed pickup) to be told that she was not a prioritydidnt realise you run a priority list. Would be keen to know what is the criteria for this list. I had to return home to drop her to work. Very poor service as this was pre-booked with 2 hours notice.

Not happy phoned to book taxi to take me to vets for my cat to have a operation said I have phone on day this firm just got give a dame I'm now more than angry the don't give a dame

I have used this firm for several years but I regret to report they now have one driver who simply doesn't bother to turn up if he finds it inconvenient. Twice I have missed crucial medical appointments on account of this behaviour. I have of course reported this to their central switchboard who assure me it will never happen again -and then it does.

Absolutely disgraceful! Charged 38 for a taxi from chilton from trimdon which previously for the same journey cost me £14 is absolutely disgusting! The only reason I haven't kicked off is because my children are were In the car! Don't use this taxi service unless u are happy to be ripped off!! Absolutely disgraceful

Please do not trust this unreliable company, also known as Techxi. They left me stranded late at night by giving me 30 minutes notice cancelling my booking, which I had made 5 days previously.

Picked up at 5.00am for an airport run with 5 friends on a mini bus, considering I am disabled & in a wheelchair the whole experience was fantastic & the driver was brilliant. However on the return leg from Bristol airport the taxi was not there. When I phoned the company they said they had incorrectly booked me in for the day later! They had no taxis available @ said to get an airport taxi home. I will never use this company again ppp......!

This company doesn't deserve even a one star! Booked a taxi for four people including a 6 month pregnant lady and her 9 year old child. I spoke to the controller and my brother-in-law came on the phone to give his mobile number. We were told the taxi would be with us between 10.10pm and 10.25pm. When it didn't turn up we phoned again and they denied that we had booked it. We tried to reason with the guy on the phone, explaining the circumstances, but he made no effort to rectify the situation and kept hanging up on us. By the time we gave up ( never having been rude to him) all other taxi companies were booked up because it was 11.30pm on a Saturday night. Why didn't they say they couldn't take the booking at 9.45pm when we phoned? We might have had a chance of getting another taxi company. The four people had to walk over two miles home late at night!!! I am disgusted and incensed by the lack of customer care. Just because they take your booking - don't expect them to turn up !!!

Precision Service. Great driver on both journeys to and from Heathrow. Good communication with office and a very good price. All aspects executed with great precision. Thoroughly recommend.

Generally very reliable during normal business hours but don't have many drivers on in the evening where there can be very long delays. Drivers are generally polite and helpful. Most of the cars and drivers are presentable and indeed some of the cars are immaculate but there are a couple of drivers and cars that are totally unacceptable. These cars are littered with rubbish, food wrappers, half eaten lunch, weird fishing lures and other paraphernalia that is too disturbing to contemplate. The drivers of these vehicles are not well presented either, they wear the same dirty, stained clothes week after week. The cars have an unpleasant odour. Wookey, you know who they are. In my opinion the poor hygiene standards of a couple of people are badly letting down what would otherwise be a fine taxi operator. I am surprised that Mendip District council have not clamped down on this.

I had to use Wookey recently to visit my husband in Taunton. I had telephoned around for a price from Wells and decided to book with Wookey. The drivers who took me were all so kind and considerate to me at such a difficult time. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You so much.

Had a wheelchair taxi booked for a vulnerable person. About half an hour before the taxi was due All the twos then refused to pick. This resulted in their appointment being missed. This is not only disgusting but it is against the law to refuse taxi services to disabled people because of their wheelchairs.

Called a day before for collection from a local wedding venue. Booked and got to collection area on time. Waited 30 mins after constant phone calls, then only to be picked up by a different company a hour later after giving up. All in all I wouldn't reccomend this company. Try Craig's taxis.

Used Village Cabs once at silly oh hour after calling a few other so called 24hr companies and have used them ever since, she turned up smiling and as chatty as if it was mid day, like the other user says, nothing seems to be too much trouble and have never let me down yet. Many thanks guys

Nothing is ever too much trouble for these guys, no matter what time of the day we have called them to our pub they turn up on time and wearing a smile. friendly genuine couple.

Ordered wheelchair taxi to take my mother to hospital. Taxi arrived One hour late, and was standard car incapable of taking a wheelchair. Very important hospital appointment missed. Don't use them.

I,m on dialysis at South Bristol Dialysis Unit, Ive been there a few years and yet theyll pick me up lunch time but come late afternoon they forget to book you in for your ride home. How they can forget someone that easily I dont know

Wonderful Streamline saved the day. My train to Abbeywood to transfer to Worcester for daughters wedding was cancelled at a monutes notice and next train would not het there in time. Streamline were fantastic got me there with 50 minutes to spare. Lovely driver calmed me fown and cheered me up. Love them!

The best taxi company in bristol costs a little more but provides an excellent service!
