Definitely the most reliable taxi & minibus service in Porthcawl, their vehicles are always exceptionally clean and the drivers are always very happy and chatty, highly recommend if you haven't tried them before.

Could not get a taxi in Porthcawl anywhere till I called this taxi number. I was happy all the way home. Drive allowed me to pay by card. Great! I booked him to come back and he was there as promised,

On time and got me to work with a smile.

Refused to collect me from address just 5 miles away from them because they 'don't cover' the Vale.

Travel to Bridgend often and always look for Bridgend Taxis Ltd. They were recommended to me by the company I visit BIO TEC. So I book them in advance. They have taken me from my hotel to both Heathrow and Birmingham airports at silly hours and been there to pick me up when I need to get back to Bridgend from an overseas meeting and cannot go home first. They are pleasant, honest and totally reliable and I have no hesitation in recommending them. 5 Star service, 10 out of 10 I wish more taxi companies were like Bridgend Taxis.

Do not use this taxi firm! I repeat do not use this taxi firm! Totally unreliable. Booked drop-off and pick-up with Heritage to take six people to Cardiff airport for a morning flight and they failed to turn up. Absolutely furious at being stranded. No phone call or text to explain. I telephoned in panic but could only obtain an answer phone. Called several times whilst away to express my anger but again just got the answer phone. Too late to book another taxi so I had to ferry the six of us plus luggage in three trips to the airport and leave my car there and only just made the flight. Very nearly cost us the holiday!! I'm only rating one star because it's the lowest I can review but would honestly give Heritage a minus!

I have to agree with the last review , the driver that was sent to pick myself and friend up shouldnt be allowed to drive taxis or work for the public sector, the smell from his clothing and body odour was repulsive . The car needed a good clean too , left a terrible after taste in my mouth will definitely not be using this firm again would rather use the bus !!!!!

Had the most dirtiest smelliest scruffy taxi driver ever , I didnt know what smelt the worst his car or him I will never ever use or recommend this firm to any one , couldnt even speak to anyone to complain !!!!!

Asked the driver to wait whilst we eent into asda he was happy to do so left my suitcase and handbag in the car as we approached the car ti get bsck in the taxi the driver drove off we recieved a call from the office to say they pulled him off to do another job and he will be back with us soon... dont think they realise that its illegal to drive off with my stuff without authorization....
