Absolutely appalling behaviour from the driver and staff including manager. Would not return a phone that was left in a car which had a bank card and other bits in, leaving a vulnerable disabled lady who lives on her own might I add with no means of communication. Although he offered to bring the phone back if she paid for the taxi fare and when she refused he refused to drop the phone off! We we're given a lots of different stories firstly it had apparently been dropped off at the police station but this was not the case then the phone was apparently dropped of to a random guy at a random street and a random house none of us had heard of. We finally got it back from the police station but we have no idea how it actually got there. As far as the staff we're concerned they couldn't do anything their side and hung up on us multiple times! Im absolutely disgusted with the service we have recieved, we will never use this company again and will recommend people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Spoke to a mute on the phone who hung up when I asked how long the taxi would be. Never showed up. Bad.

Sadly decided not to use this firm anymore as of today following recent experiences which have left me annoyed and frustrated.
