    • Booked a car to go to and from the airport I could not fault the service i receive, Both cars was there on time the driver was in the airport to meet us. They helped us with the bags (not every company does this) the fares was reasonable very happy with the service Thankyou capital cars !!!!!!!!!!

    • Booked a car to take us from Reading to Basildon Park. Reservation was for 10:00 am. We were at the assigned pickup point at 9:55. Received an email at 9:58 saying the reservation was cancelled. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I would leave a 0 star rating if possible.

    • Wouldn't recommend personally. Booked a taxi on Saturday 2nd Sep 17 2 hours before I needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. The male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. Taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! Operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. As I say personally I wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.

    • Pre- Booked a late night pick up from LHR. Taxi cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances - life happens. Complained and received a swift and polite Email from Peerless, who stated that I had been given a poor (customer) rating as I had not tipped the driver on my previous trip to the airport. DO USE this company, it is worth the experience to save a few pounds. I only wish I had read the faqs and website about this company prior to making the booking.. online. It is no fun looking for alternative transport late at night after a 12 hour return flight. Thank goodness for UberX

Raised compliment over the experience with their office and received the most lovely and friendly email by return ever received from a company! Arrived on time and few quid saved too.     • The woman who answers the phone is such a rude person. Everytime when I called she was extremely rude, never saying hello and goodbye. Instead of greeting she just ask you where you are going? and instead of farewell she will just hangs up. Not once I waited for a taxi for long time, and never arrived because she considered I dont deserve it and she didnt bother to send one. If you answer her questions where you going? with your address without saying please may i have a taxi? she will just become even more ruder and will give you a lesson on manners instead of actually doing her job. Just avoid this company!!
