Always on time, always friendly and polite. Wouldn't change them for anyone else.

I'm absolutely disgusted in this company..., I have used them a fair few times and service has been ok! Last night I booked a taxi for 2am he told me he was in Ashford maybe longer so it was then going to be 3am so I waited til 330am all the time trying to call them to which he turned his phone off! I then cudnt get any other taxi & had to walk home which took me hours in the dark & cold because he didn't let me know or turn up! I then call today to speak to them about this as he cud of called me as I left lots messages, his response was appalling his attitude stunk & he then hung up the phone! I can safely say I will NEVER use this company again not recommend them to anyone!!!! Disgusting!!!!!! No stars if I could!

I can't recommend Green Light highly enough. These guys pick me up and drop me off at Canterbury station sometimes as early as 5am and as late as 1am in the morning. Never late, really nice!

Very fast service. Had been waiting for Uber for 45 minutes and they canceled. Called Kevin and he was there within 10 minutes. Will be utilizing him a lot over the next few days.

Regular customer with Arts Cars always very punctual with pick up times. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Rarely on time and keep going to the wrong address. People taking bookings are useless.

I was tailgated by Toyota Prius LO16 MYG for a few miles on the M25 in poor weather conditions. The driver was less than a car length away at speeds of up to 60mph. Then swore at me as he drive by. Disgusting behaviour.

They dont turn up on time despite booking weeks in advance. Very bad service, the drivers are nice and friendly but the company is awful. Customer service is atrocious. Never again!!

Me and my girlfriend got verbally abused by a driver. I called to complain the girl who answered couldnt care less and did her best to avoid the company taking any responsibility. I eventually got an email address out of her to complain to. Literally a year and nearly ten more emails later I STILL HAVENT EVEN GOT A REPLY. Scum all of them.

We called but there was miscommunication with the driver and the cab driver drove off, we tried to call to complain however we were met with swearing and th operated rudely hung up.

Absolute rubbish. Wanted to go from my house to the church. My usual firm couldnt do it at the time I wanted. Couldnt make out what they were saying. Wanted a cab at 6.10, got a call at 5.35 asking if I would like them then, I said no and rang back. Said on answering machine thst the cab was 7!minutes away. I went out at about five past and the cab was there. Didnt know where the church was and dropped me off fairlyclose. Card machine wasnt working so I had to pay cash. Good job I had some on me..Do not use.

Would like to thank Driver Rashid Number 11 for a pleasant journey was very friendly felt safe on arriving at destination he wanted to wait to make sure we was safe. Would have asked for him again but friends drove. I have kept number in case we visit Canterbury again. Thank you Rashid No11
