Need taxi to brownsover

I don't blame the drivers here, but the ones taking the calls have been rude, lied, said a car was on its way in the next few minutes and left you there for half an hour. I called for a car to go to the vet - clearly stating vet - the taxi turned up and refused to take my dog saying he didn't know it was the vet he was going to just the road. Today I had to use them as it was the only number I could find, I called for a taxi to a hotel and was told 10 minutes by a female operator, it took over 25 and when the driver called in on the radio to ask the female operator lied through her teeth giving a false call time and then saying I knew it would be so long and I was happy to wait. I showed the driver the correct call times on my phone. I would have waited yes - but in the warm and sat down not in the ice cold on crutches in pain. NEVER using them again. the second star is only for the drivers who actually are ok and the time the cars are on time but the service overall is rubbish
