I ordered a taxi today from The Cocked Hat in Binley ...needing wheelchair access for an electric wheelchair. They arrived sooner than they estinated and the driver was extremely polite and helpful. The cab was clean and tidy abd first aid kit visible too. We would definitely use them again.

We had arranged a fixed price the evening prior to booking but unfortunately forgot the ladies name. When calling to confirm the booking the following day the man answering the phone was absolutely shocking to the point of downright rudeness accusing me of fabricating the story! My self and family will not be using Allen's again with such poor customer service

Ordered a taxi at 3:30 that never showed up, when we rung the company they said that the taxi would be a few minutes but instead we waited an hour before giving up and booking a different company. Absolutely disgusting will not be here again.
