Overcharged by driver on the way home, by over double the cost. He refused to show us the meter and demanded payment. I was then insulted by the operator when i phoned to complain. He called me a t*at for paying, after i told him what happened. I phoned with a pleasant manner, with no attitude. Shocking. Ive complained to the Council. I will never use this company again, even though the earlier driver was very nice and charged reasonably.
