    Awful. I was told my taxi would be 25 mins at most. After 40 mins I called to chase & was told he was on his way yet tracker showed he was 15 mins away and travelling in opposite direction clearly on another fayre! So I had to cancel and was late for work. Do not use!!!

    Taxi companies in swanscombe always turn up when they feel like it This company is the worse and drivers dont know where they are going I will be taking my money and custom to all night cars

    Just used Swanscombe Cars for airport transfer. usually we tend to drive to Gatwick, But this time couldn't get 5 suitcases into the car so used Swanscombe Cars. Excellent Lady driver picked up in the morning on time and smooth ride to Gatwick, definitely be using them again.

    Many thanks for Swanscombe Cars mangement team, they organise to collect my Mum & Dad from Heathrow Airport with nameboard and helped them with luggages I will always use and recommended to my colleague and friends
