Because of the Train strike we needed taking to and from the O2 arena. Excellent communication and service. Very friendly drivers too.

Both the lady and man I spoke to were incredibly rude, their cars were late by about 15 minutes and dared to blame us for this. Awful service avoid avoid avoid

Ordered cab to an address Id never been to before so relied on driver to know the way - he dropped me at the wrong address & I ended up walking for 15 minutes to the correct one Called the operator who said I shouldnt have got out of cab - ha yeah if Id known it was the wrong address I wouldnt have !!! Then was told Id have wait 20 mins for him to come back - not acceptable when Id just paid £10 for the pleasure of being left in the dark on a cold November evening -Rubbish company - Will not be using again

Rude driver went wrong way didn't know where he was going bad driving did not help with bags and when got home he had no change !!!!! Wth ru a cab driver white car black driver was absolute terrible

Driver was very rude when asked to wait just 5 minutes because one of our friend was having an asthma attack !! Horrible customer service

Needed a taxi for one of our customers. Never used,called pleasant operator. Taxi arrived on time as requested and provided a quote in advance. Very efficient.

Always use this company by fair one of the best cab service, This is defiantly on my speed dial list, I have moved into many differnt area and use many really awful cab services Three and Fours are alway polite and friendly both on the phone and the drivers, All of my drivers have had clean and fresh.

Very bad can company, made me wait for 45 mins whereas cab they said the cab is going to be 10 mins. Absolutely rubbish company. Never use.
