    I would give it 0 stars if I could. Made gf late for work and ruined what would have otherwise been a brilliant weekend. DO NOT USE!!

    Do not use this cab service. Double fare even though single fare stated on card over festive season Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish

    Awful. Was told to wait 15 minutes. Got a call 5 minutes later that I missed as I was getting ready, so he didn't show up. When I called back he was still at the office, was rude and then came to the pick up. I received a text quoting a price then the driver tried saying it was more because I couldn't answer the phone. All other cabbies just come to pick up, will not use again and recommend using another, better service like alphabry or alpha in the Dagenham area.

    So bad i will never use again, everytime we used them always been 20 mins late minimum on non peak times all during the day. No excuse at all not even an apology and the driver was on his phone without a handsfree. Terrible service
