Used to like this taxi firm till recently, 1 minute the dog was allowed in the phoned plus i stated that the dog was here and I got Alastair who only moaned was incredibly rude, cheeky in the taxi muttering under his breath when I got out the taxi, 0 customer service safe to say he didn't get a tip then now they won't answer the phone or they pick up like today and hang up

Shocking experience!! The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She told us our taxi would be there “about 12”. At 12.03pm I phoned and she said it had been there and had left. No phone call. No text. When I phoned to enquire she was so rude and hung up on me. Will never use this service again!!
