Someone vulnerable rang a taxi who cannot go out alone, we tried explaining this to the driver who wanted paying and then said I'll blacklist you then, well actually thankyou, that might be useful in this circumstance anyway you unsympathetic robot animal. Previous to this when I've rang for myself taxis don't show up and phone staff are so rude it's unbelievable. Please don't let your family use this taxi service

Dreadful experience.Had the misfortune to ring this company from Aldi as my phone had died.Once in car, driver set off and told me the fare would be sixteen pounds for a seven minute journey.(I normally pay no more than seven/eight pounds with other companies.) I told him I wasn't prepared to pay the higher amount.He carried on driving and went a completely different way from the route I was expecting.I asked to get out when we got near to my destination and was told by the driver that on this occasion I could pay just the seven pounds.Just hope less aware people don't get ripped off.

Pre-booked a taxi from this company and rang 6 hours in advance. We were staying in a area unfamiliar to my wife and I. We were staying at a B&B and we guests at a friends wedding. The taxi was late by half an hour and when we tried to call the driver direct even he didnt know where he was. After walking to find a street name/sign and being on the phone to the driver a further 10 minutes he managed to find out he was a further 7 minutes away from us. Eventually the driver arrived at our location and then ended up getting lost/confused with the entrance of the venue we werent meant to be at an hour prior. We contacted the company directs who couldnt seem to give a damn, very rude lady on the end of the line and stated it wasnt there fault the driver was unfamiliar with the area. Sorry, but you are a taxi company! Poor, poor, poor service! For a 4-5 mile journey it cost £16. Rip off. We ended up booking a different taxi company for the way back and it cost half the price!

Only given one star because none isnt an option. Phoned early Saturday morning to book a taxi for Saturday night, was told they werent taking bookings as they were trailing a new system and to ring for a taxi when I was ready. So later that night when I called for a taxi I was told none were available they were all booked up. I questioned why I hadnt been able to pre book a taxi earlier that morning and was made out to be a liar by the operating staff suggesting I hadnt been told I couldnt book one. When I gave them the time of the call and told them to check the woman began to speak over me and wouldnt let me finish before hanging up on me. The staff who take calls are often very rude and not very helpful. The same night my dad had a taxi booked with Blueline which just never turned up! If a taxi is late and you call to ask where it is you get the same answer every time you call that its just around the corner its 5 minutes away.

I have been using Blue Line for over 20 years and they have never let me down. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for me to get to the cab once it arrives and the drivers never complain. I often add in drop offs and they are fine with it.

City taxis let me down for my train having had a lot of prior notice.. I rung blueline and they were there within minutes.. very pleasant driver who couldnt speak highly enough of his firm. (This morning from church View @ 0650)

very poor service ,the driver was sarcastic and rude ! I wont hesitate saying racist as well as speaking to us like dustbag .got in taxi straight way ,he did not had to wait ,why being sarcastic to my kids because my skin colour. Than threatened that he should have thrown us out of the car.

We arranged the previous day for a taxi to pick us up from our home at 7am, sadly it didn't arrive. We chased it up for an hour and was mislead the whole time. Finally arrived 8.03. Unhappy
