Don't even want to give one star for the service I just received. I'm up for my friends wedding. Unable to drive I called Tony's Taxis. I was surprised and absolutely happy when they gave me a slight offer since I booked three journeys with them within in the space of 28 hours. In the morning I got my cab, and all was fine. When I said this to the driver he called the office (on loud speaker and in front of my other friend) and whoever was on the dispatch confirmed the prices I was told. Upon calling my cab tonight to ask if they could possibly pick us up earlier - I was shouted at on the phone, made to feel very small by the man on the phone (who was anything but a gentleman) - who told me I was lying and scammed the company out of £5 and would either pay the £20 or they wouldn't pick me up. Leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. After I explained the situation once more to him I then (very calmly) I was then reduced to tears. Unhappy isn't the word.
