Used albatross regularly for years no complaint. Today was my third time that theyve let other people get in our taxi, so weve been standing there like plebs waiting for it to not come. Know this to be true as after Ive called to query why its not here theyve said it will be a few mins then I get ANOTHER dispatched message. Why bother asking for name and drop off location.

Booked a taxi, said would be 10 mins 40 mins later was still no here. Phoned up dispatcher said was 2 mins always, taxi still never turned up.

very poor. Had a party of 12 booked to go to a wedding via minibus Bus did not turn up and when I phoned to find out where it was they said the booking hadn't been confirmed. That was nonsense as three emails had been sent between myself and the company. Eventually they sent one car! Further phone calls and two further cars arrived. One extremely tatty and dirty inside. Considering this was a wedding the service was shambolic and made our party late for the wedding

Ordered taxi for our family to take us home after a lovely evening. The evening was ruined because the taxi driver refused to take us because we had a small dog. Driver was rude and left us stranded with a 12 year old child who had just had surgery. Will never use these taxis again!!!

Called for pick up, advised to walk across town center alone to meet driver at 2am, charged £7.00 when meter showing £5.40, feeling very intimidated by drivers attitude, still waiting for apology and reimbursement from Albatross, will not be using this firm ever again, very scary being alone in the taxi with just the driver, I was just glad to get out of this cab

Called a taxi for 10 people. Once they were outside they called me 15 times within 3 minutes when I was trying to round everyone up. Got a text telling me I'm barred then got 5 more phonecalls harassing me saying he's ready to leave. Yet I'd been barred? Looked out the window and even though I ordered a taxi for 10 people only one small car showed up so wasn't enough for us anyway! Been a loyal customer for years but had some majorly bad experiences. This was the final straw. Never again.
